Data Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, perform data analysis, and ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain operational and strategic reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions and performance tracking.
• Automate and optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, operations, marketing, and IT to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed by senior leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and quality in all reporting outputs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• 3–8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience with data warehousing and reporting platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of stored procedure & Triggers on SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data governance and best practices in reporting.
