Position: Legal Analyst (Litigation Management System Specialist)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and enhance our Litigation Management System. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of legal operations to ensure seamless handling of litigation, compliance, and arbitration workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Litigation Management System.
• Conduct legal research, prepare reports, and support litigation processes using advanced legal technology tools.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with relevant legal and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with legal teams, business stakeholders, and IT departments to streamline system usage.
• Train and support team members on system functionalities and updates.
• Monitor deadlines and case progress, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Assist in implementing ERP-based or customized legal management solutions.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Degree in Law (LLB) or higher legal qualifications.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in legal operations.
• Experience in legal technology solutions, document management tools, or ERP-based legal management systems.
• Knowledge of court procedures and arbitration processes is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team under strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and Litigation Management Systems.
• Additional certifications in legal technology or compliance are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
