Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to repair/maintenance SOPs and safety protocols (PPE, tools, vehicle readiness). Performance Monitoring & Reporting Audit daily technician performance reports for accuracy and completeness. Qualifications & SkillsEssential Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / B.E / B.Tech preferred). 1–3 years of experience in operations quality, field service, technician operations, or fleet/service management .
