Data Analyst

As an Inside Sales Representative, your role is to work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide suitable solutions, and facilitate a seamless sales process. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through various channels such as business directories and client referrals. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to close deals will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Implement creative strategies to reach out to potential customers and generate new business. - Take full ownership of building and maintaining your sales pipeline. - Follow up with customers to qualify leads, whether self-generated or provided by your team or OEM. - Engage with prospects and partners via phone calls, emails, and webinars/tradeshows. - Nurture qualified leads, oversee the sales process, collaborate with customers to identify opportunities, and convert them into orders. - Establish and maintain relationships with Channel Partner Inside/Outside Sales teams to pass on qualified leads. - Generate quotes for customers to be executed by channel partners. - Collaborate with technical support when necessary, eventually developing the ability to work independently. - Deliver professional sales presentations via phone and web technology. - Share product knowledge with potential clients while aligning with company messaging and positioning. - Stay updated on industry technologies to better serve customers. - Support tracking and analysis efforts to evaluate your and the company's effectiveness in generating new business. - Document, monitor, and update all leads and activities in the CRM tool as needed.
