Group Business Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Group Business Manager based out of Delhi to lead and optimize business operations across multiple verticals. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across our IT hardware distribution business.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

➣ Lead and manage operations across business verticals, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.

➣ Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability across channels.

➣ Oversee P&L management with a strong focus on cost optimization and efficiency.

➣ Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and partner ecosystems.

➣ Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on performance, accountability, and collaboration.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

➣ Proven experience in a similar leadership role within IT hardware distribution or a related industry.

➣ Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of market dynamics.

➣ Demonstrated ability in managing teams, operations, and P&L.

➣ Skilled in developing vendor relationships and executing business strategies.

➣ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in IT product management, preferably in IT Hardware Distribution
