About the Role

Data Analyst

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, excellent proficiency in Excel, familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot in Excel, and advanced skills in Power BI.

Experience in preparing professional presentations and communicating insights effectively is essential.

Candidates with knowledge of kiosk products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
  
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and performance metrics using

  Power BI

  , ensuring real-time data availability.
• Utilize

  Copilot in Excel

  and advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, Lookups) to automate tasks and improve data-processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with business teams, management, and cross-functional departments to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  
• Prepare professional

  PowerPoint presentations

  summarizing insights, KPIs, and recommendations for senior management.
• Generate periodic MIS reports, forecasts, variance analyses, and ad-hoc reports to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  
• Work closely with IT, operations, finance, and sales teams to align data objectives with organizational goals.
  
• Ensure data security, accuracy, and consistency while maintaining documentation of data sources, processes, and methodologies.
  
• Assist in defining data models, frameworks, and standardized reporting formats to enhance organizational data maturity.
  
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and raise alerts for any deviations or anomalies.
  
• Participate in automation, digitization, and analytics improvement initiatives across the company.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent preferred; B.E./Diploma/BCA/B.Sc. candidates with strong analytical skills may also apply.
  
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (preferred).
  
• Strong proficiency in

  Excel

  , including Copilot and automation features.
• Expertise in

  Power BI

  , report building, and dashboard creation.
• Strong skills in preparing business presentations (PPT) for leadership review.
  
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or BI tools will be an added advantage.
  
• Familiarity with kiosk product data will be considered a plus.
  
• Excellent analytical mindset, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Working mode would be hybrid and as required by the department
