• Statutory Compliance
• Drafting various Deeds and Agreements
• Maintaining Statutory Registers under the Companies Act, 2013
• Issue of Equity shares and Preference Shares through Private Placement Route, Issue of Share Certificates and related compliances
• Preparation and filing of various e-forms and annual filings such as Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Annual Return with the Registrar of Companies
• Trademark Related matters
• Liaising with Advocates on legal matters
• Organizing Meetings and Drafting of Notices, Agenda, Directors’ Report, Minutes and Resolutions for Board and General Meetings
• Managing Shareholder concerns and redressing of Shareholder Grievances
• Verification of Daily and Monthly MIS Reports and Monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports
• Co-ordination and preparation of various financial data for analysis.
• Preparing Annual budget in coordination with Business Head and other stake holders. (Opex & Capex) and review on monthly and quarterly basis
• Costing of Consumables, Procedures and fixing of selling price & Department Performance Analysis Profitability Analysis of Departments
