Responsibilities
This person will be focused on providing analytics support and data insights to various teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, identify challenges, and translate them into clear, actionable analytics requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights that lead to actionable business recommendations in a simple, clear, and compelling manner.
- Monitor existing metrics, analyze data, and work with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, correlations, and insights.
- Develop or refine key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate business performance, and partner with the data engineering team to implement the necessary data collection processes.
- Work independently, demonstrate creativity, and deliver quick, effective results while maintaining a strong team-player attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, applying best practices from other teams, and consistently aim for high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to track key findings, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Perform thorough QA to ensure data quality and integrity, following standard procedures for reporting and resolving data issues in collaboration with the appropriate data teams.

Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in SQL and MS Excel, with preferred exposure to Python and R.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience collaborating on the creation of new data warehouse tables.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker or similar platforms is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of basic statistical concepts, particularly statistical hypothesis testing (e.g., t-tests, z-tests). Experience with A/B and multivariate testing is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
- Detail-oriented, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and a passion for delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Experience creating presentations in MS PowerPoint or a similar tool
- Strong business acumen with aptitude to apply it critically towards solving problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills
