Job Description

Data Analyst (Accreditation and Rankings)

Function:

The role involves:

Maintaining a comprehensive and secure database of institutional data and performance metrics, staying current with ranking methodologies and accreditation criteria to adapt strategies accordingly.

Working closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Coordinating with internal stakeholders for validation of data required for ranking and reputation management purposes.

Collaborating with internal departments to analyse data and identify areas for improvement and strategic planning.

Preparing and submitting reports for various awards, ranking, and accreditation agencies (NBA, NIRF, SAQS, AACSB, and B-School Ranking Surveys).

Generating reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including senior management, and assisting in developing strategies to improve rankings and accreditation outcomes.

Any other responsibility assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualification:

The incumbent should have relevant experience with a bachelors degree or higher in any discipline and expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel and database management.

Desirable Skills and Abilities:

Prior experience in Accreditation and Rankings processes (NIRF, AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS, etc.).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary Allowances:

The selected candidate will be offered initially on a fixed-term contract for two years on a consolidated monthly pay package, subject to satisfactory performance reviewed annually. Salary will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate. The selected candidate will be evaluated after three months of joining and may continue for the first year only upon satisfactory performance.
