The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or a related field, with a proven track record of academic excellence spanning at least 10 years, including a minimum of 5 years at the Associate Professor level. It is essential for the candidate to possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse student body and industry executives. Additionally, a demonstrated history of publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals is required, showcasing the ability to conduct independent research and mentor Ph.D. scholars. The candidate should also possess a strong background in research, training, and consulting. In order to meet the criteria set by leading international accreditation bodies, a portion of the faculty should come from a professional background. Individuals with a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in their respective fields, who have significantly contributed to knowledge or the profession, but may not hold a Ph.D. degree, may be considered for this role.
