Associate Professor

As an Assistant Professor, your role will involve interacting with a diverse student body and executives, undertaking research independently, and contributing to teaching, research, and industry practice. - Hold a Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or allied area - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor - Ability to interact effectively with students and executives - Conduct independent research in your area of expertise - Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or allied area - Minimum of 3 years of industrial/research/academic experience - Ability to interact with a diverse student body The positions of Lecturer, Academic Associate, Research Associate, and Faculty Associate are available for individuals with a PG in Management or allied areas, along with 3 years of experience in industry/academics or individuals pursuing a Ph.D. in management or allied areas. These roles involve assisting faculty members in research, academic, MDP, and consulting activities, as well as supporting in arranging conferences, research workshops, event promotions, and writing of books or papers. Appointments for these roles are usually on a contractual basis for a term of 2 years, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance for another term of 2 years.,
