Associate Professor

Location: Multiple Cities (Pan-India Travel May Be Required) Role Type: Full-time | Leadership + Teaching Program: Coding Pro Centers of Excellence in AI & Data Science About the Role We are launching new Coding Pro B.Tech campuses across India, and we are looking for high-energy faculty leaders who can teach, manage, and scale academic operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, teaching excellence, and campus management capabilities. You will be the academic face of Coding Pro at the universityresponsible for student outcomes, faculty coordination, lab setup, curriculum delivery, and overall campus growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Academic Delivery Teach AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, SQL, Cloud Computing, and Full Stack modules. Build strong academic engagement through labs, projects, hackathons, and industry-based assignments. Ensure high academic standards across B.Tech years. 2. Campus Management Oversee complete Coding Pro operations at the partner university. Coordinate with university leadership, HODs, and admin teams. Ensure smooth execution of assessments, examinations, and certifications. Monitor student discipline, attendance, and performance dashboards.

3. Center of Excellence Leadership Set up AI labs, virtual labs, cloud environments, and ensure students use Coding Pros ecosystem effectively. Drive adoption of Planto.ai Copilot for learning and project work. Organize guest lectures, events, bootcamps, and placement-readiness sessions. 4. Team & Student Management Mentor students across batches for projects, research, internships, and competitions. Guide junior faculty, interns, and teaching assistants. Maintain relationships with industry mentors. 5. University Expansion Support Assist the central Coding Pro team in scaling new campuses. Support marketing activities, orientation events, and admissions-related academic demos. Required Qualifications M.Tech / M.Sc / MCA / B.Tech in CSE, IT, AI, or Data Science. Strong command over Python, AI/ML, Data Science, or Full Stack Development. Prior experience in teaching or training (university/edtech/coaching). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Experience

Experience in managing academic programs or labs. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
