The Professor at ACE Engineering College is a pivotal role that combines advanced teaching, research leadership, mentoring, and administrative responsibilities. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Teaching:

- Lead advanced courses and specialized subjects, ensuring high academic standards and

comprehensive understanding.

- Mentor junior faculty members and assist in their professional development.

2. Research Leadership:

- Lead significant research projects, secure funding, and foster a culture of research within the

department.

- Publish extensively in high-impact journals and participate in prestigious conferences.

3. Mentoring:

- Guide postgraduate students and junior faculty in their academic and research endeavors.

- Provide personalized mentorship to students, particularly those engaged in thesis and

dissertation work.

4. Curriculum Development:

- Play a key role in curriculum design and development, ensuring it meets industry standards

and accreditation requirements.

- Introduce innovative teaching methods and technology-enhanced learning tools.

5. Accreditation and Quality Assurance:

- Oversee the accreditation process, ensuring all programs meet the required standards.

- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes within the department.

6. Industry and Academic Collaboration:

- Foster strong relationships with industry leaders and academic institutions to promote

collaborative research and educational initiatives.

- Organize and participate in industry forums, seminars, and workshops.

7. Institutional Service:

- Participate in academic committees and contribute to policy-making and strategic planning

at the institutional level.

- Engage in community service and outreach programs to enhance the college’s reputation

and impact.

8. Professional Development:

- Continuously update personal skills and knowledge through professional development

activities.

- Encourage and support faculty and students in pursuing continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech ,M.Tech & Ph.D in CSE, IT, CSE (AI & ML), CSE (DS), or CSE (IoT)
• Ratified by JNTUH as Professor
• Should guide more than 2 research scholars
• CGPA/Percentage:Minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% and above
• Experience: 10 - 15 years
• Date of Joining: Immediate
• Gender: Male /Female
• Location:Ankushapur, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad

Skills Required:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Behavioral Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
