Job Description Position Overview: We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Associate with strong expertise in Excel and research abilities to manage, organize, and analyze data related to medical and technical colleges. The role involves leveraging Advanced Excel functionalities for data cleaning, sorting, and formatting, conducting in-depth research, and generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and educational initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Data Management: o Clean and format large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability. o Organize and sort data efficiently using Excel and other data management tools. o Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates and errors. o Maintain and update data documentation and processes. • Research Analysis: o Collect, Validate and update information on Medical colleges such as Rankings, Courses, fees and admissions. o Assist in research and data collection for ongoing projects and analyses. • Collaboration’s & Reporting: o Work closely with data teams to support data preparation for reports and dashboards. o Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to aid in decision-making. o Reports to Head of Dept. of Client Relationship & Management. Qualifications: • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree • 1-2 Years of experience. • Proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau and basic SQL/Python is a plus. • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; experience in education/healthcare preferred. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
