11X Company is looking for a proactive and detail-orientedData Analyst & CRM Support(female candidates only) to join our team in Kerala. This role involves analyzing customer data, maintaining CRM systems, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM data to identify customer behavior trends and campaign performance.
• Maintain, update, and monitor CRM databases and dashboards.
• Generate accurate reports and presentations for internal teams.
• Identify data patterns and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance CRM effectiveness.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and cleansing.
• Support ad-hoc data and reporting requirements across departments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or CRM support.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL and/or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
