About the Role:

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain
dashboards and reports
using
Power BI and Excel
to track KPIs across business functions.
Extract, clean, and analyze data
from multiple sources using
SQL
and
Python
.
Support
budgeting, forecasting
, and
business planning
through data-backed insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Sales, Finance, Operations) to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure
data accuracy and consistency
across systems.
Identify and implement process improvements and reporting automation opportunities.

Key Skills Required:

Technical Skills:
SQL, Power BI, Python, Advanced Excel
Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
Good Communication & Presentation Skills
Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of Auto Finance / NBFC / BFSI KPIs such as credit risk, collections, and sales metrics

Educational Qualification:

MBA (Finance)
/
B.Com (Finance)
/
BBA (Finance)
or related fields
Candidates with strong analytical and data handling skills preferred

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in
Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Corporate Planning
roles
Preferably from
Banking / NBFC / BFSI / Auto Finance
