What You’ll Do

D2C Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute full-funnel

  paid campaigns

  (Meta, Google, YouTube) to drive acquisition
• Own

  growth metrics

  like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention
• Strategize and launch high-impact campaigns around

  festivals, rituals, and spiritual events

• Work with content, design, and product teams to craft

  localized, relevant creatives & landing pages

• Optimize conversion flows: from click → app install → checkout → repeat usage
• Leverage analytics (GA4,, attribution tools) to make data-led decisions
• Explore and manage

  influencer, affiliate, and referral

  marketing as low-CAC channels
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, offers, landing pages, and retention flows
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to align on growth vision and execution

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of experience in

  growth marketing, or performance marketing

• Prior work in a

  consumer-tech startup or fast-paced digital brand

• Strong command over Meta Ads, Google Ads.
• Sharp analytical mindset — ability to make data-backed decisions quickly
• Deep understanding of

  Indian user behavior

  , especially Tier 2/3 markets
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Bonus: Passion for spirituality, Astrology.
