D2C Marketing Manager (Growth & Performance)

As a D2C Marketing Manager at Vama, you will be leading end-to-end growth strategies and managing the full customer funnel, focusing on acquisition and retention. Your role will involve planning and executing paid campaigns across various platforms to drive user growth, optimizing conversion flows, and leveraging analytics to make data-led decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create relevant creatives and landing pages, conduct A/B testing, and explore low-CAC marketing channels. Vama is reimagining how India connects with its spiritual roots by offering online astrology consultations, temple darshans, personalized pujas, and trusted pandits through a single app. As the go-to destination for digital spirituality in India, Vama aims to cater to the cultural and devotional needs of metros and Tier 2/3 cities. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, a strong command over Meta Ads and Google Ads, and the ability to make data-backed decisions quickly. Understanding of Indian user behavior, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for spirituality are desirable traits for this role.
