Position : AI-ML Engineer Company Name : Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. Experience : 2-4 years Location : Noida, Sector 81, NSEZ (5 days WFO) Cyfuture is the leading Cloud/Managed Service Provider of Cloud Services from its Data Centers in India and Managed Services on AWS, Azure, VMWare Platforms. We are growing in areas of System Integration, Managed Services and hence would like to strengthen its partnership with worlds leading OEMs like VMWare, AWS, Azure, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Palo Alto etc. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional with 2+ years of expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to spear head our AIML team. As the leading member of the AIML team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our AIML strategies and initiatives. You will oversee a talented team of data scientists and engineers, driving innovation and delivering state-of- the-art AIML solutions that solve complex business : Define and execute the AIML strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AIML opportunities that drive business value. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AIML models, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and accuracy. Manage operation and deployment of LLMs in production environments. Monitor system performance and resolve bottlenecks of cloud infra issues. Build and maintain infrastructure for distributed training and inferencing of LLMs using tools like Kubeflow, Kubernetes, or other orchestration frameworks. Manage GPUs resources efficiently to support large-scale training and inferencing tasks. Develop and manage end-to-end ML pipelines using Kubeflow or any other tool to streamline data preprocessing, model training, testing, and deployment. Hands-on experience with (Good to have - Kubeflow, OLama, vLLM), Kubernetes, and Docker (Mandatory) Automate workflows for reproducibility and scalability using Kubeflow/MLRun Pipelines. Create and optimize RAG pipelines for low latency, scalability, and high retrieval accuracy. Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferably from Tier 1 institute. 2+ years of experience in ML and AI, with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex ML and AI projects. In-depth knowledge of ML and AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, along with ML and AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch). Experience in applying ML and AI techniques to solve real-world problems in areas such as recommendation systems, fraud detection, natural language processing, or computer vision. Proven ability to translate business requirements into ML and AI solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Tech stack : C++, Python, DB- Relational DB and Non-relational both, AI/ML frameworks and libraries (Tensor flow, Pytorch etc), Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS), Knowledge of Machine learning, NLP and AI domains, Knowledge of APIs, Proficiency with MLOps, CI/CD you are an experienced ML and AI professional with a passion for driving innovation and leading high- performing teams, this is an exciting opportunity to join our organization.
