HR OPERATION SPECIALIST Company Name: Cyfuture Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting Company Website : www.cyfuture.com Location: Noida, Sector 81, NSEZ Experience : 2 years minimum Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience. Plan and execute engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs. Act as a bridge between employees and management for conflict resolution. Conduct employee feedback sessions and drive a positive workplace culture. Conduct training programs on HR policies and workplace ethics. Manage daily HR operations, including HRMS, documentation, and employee support. Leverage HR technology for process optimization. Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, or Employee Relations. Extroverted, high-energy, and outgoing personality. Strong ability to connect with employees at all levels and build relationships. Excellent event planning, communication, and networking skills. Understanding of employee engagement strategies, workplace culture, and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRMS, employee feedback tools, and communication platforms.
