Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the

  Cybersecurity practice strategy

  aligned with company vision and market trends.
• Drive the practice P&L, ensuring

  revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion

  .
• Shape a multi-year roadmap covering service portfolio, delivery excellence, and capability maturity.
• Represent cybersecurity thought leadership across internal and external forums.

2. Offerings & Playbooks

• Develop and continuously evolve

  cybersecurity service offerings

  across:
• Cloud Security & Zero Trust
• Application Security & DevSecOps
• Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM)
• GRC & Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.)
• Threat Intelligence & Incident Response
• Build

  repeatable playbooks, solution templates, and accelerators

  for presales and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and alliances teams to ensure market-relevant solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 13 to 19 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in leadership or practice management roles. Presales and sales to clients in USA and Europ

• Proven track record in

  building and scaling cybersecurity businesses or practices

  .
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and enterprise architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in defining and executing GTM and partnership strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and strategic thinking.
• Relevant certifications preferred:

  CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent.
