Cyber Security Consultant

We seek a seasoned Senior Manager with 10-13 years of extensive experience in cybersecurity and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep conversance with cybersecurity constructs including network technologies, IAM, data security, cloud technologies, and security tools. Exposure to AI tools and projects, whether in advisory or implementation capacity, is a significant advantage. This role requires proven experience running large-scale, transformational, or strategic cybersecurity deals. The candidate must be an inspirational leader capable of managing and building high-performing teams, with a strong capability in selling cybersecurity solutions, delivering complex projects, and managing client relationships effectively.

Senior Manager – Strategy & Governance – Cybersecurity and AI – Advisory – Gurgaon/Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large, complex, and transformational cybersecurity projects and engagements.
• Architect and provide advisory on cybersecurity frameworks integrating network technologies, IAM, data security, cloud, and security tools.
• Incorporate AI technologies and tools into cybersecurity solutions and advisory practices.
• Inspire, manage, and develop team competencies fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive business development efforts including sales, proposal development, and client engagement.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring high quality standards, managing risks, and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client needs and providing tailored cybersecurity consulting solutions.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to maintain competitive advantage and client relevance.

Required Skills:

• 10-13 years of professional cybersecurity experience, preferably within consulting or OEM environments.
• Strong knowledge and experience in network technology, IAM, data security, cloud security, and associated security tools.
• Conversant with AI technologies and projects—advisory or implementation experience considered a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large or transformational cybersecurity engagements.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in inspiring, managing, and building competencies in teams.
• Business acumen with demonstrated ability to sell cybersecurity consulting services and manage delivery teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and relevant industry regulations.
