Description
As an experienced OT Security Manager at our dynamic security team, your role is crucial in safeguarding our organization's OT systems from cyber threats. Your responsibilities include: - Designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive OT security program covering vulnerabilities and risks in both IT and OT environments. - Creating a secure OT architecture with network segmentation, firewalls, access controls, and specific security measures. - Developing secure system architectures for critical infrastructure to ensure reliable operations in OT/ICS environments. - Establishing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and best practices for OT domains. - Overseeing incident response activities for OT, including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery for business continuity. - Staying updated on the latest OT security threats and trends to maintain a proactive security posture. - Conducting security awareness training programs for OT personnel to educate them on best practices and potential threats in their domains. - Designing and specifying OT architecture and systems with a cybersecurity perspective, acting as the lead/project manager on multidiscipline projects with clients. - Managing and maintaining OT security tools and technologies for optimal performance. - Collaborating effectively with OT teams to seamlessly integrate security considerations into operational procedures. - Reporting on the organization's overall security posture and key security metrics to senior management. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree is a plus). - Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of OT security principles. - Proven track record in developing and implementing successful OT security programs. - In-depth knowledge of OT security frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443. - Experience in conducting security assessments and methodologies for OT systems. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, work independently, lead a team, and motivate team members. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in relevant industries like manufacturing, utilities, energy is advantageous. - Certifications in OT security (e.g., IEC 62443 Cybersecurity, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP) are highly desirable. - Working knowledge of OT architectures and protocols. - Experience in incident response and disaster recovery planning for OT environments. - Understanding/experience in Advanced Metering Infrastructure is a plus.
