Requirements & Qualifications: - Proven experience in a customer service leadership role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools. - Experience in training and performance management. - Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
