Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Need to help customer manage their insurance policies. Assist customers via chat/email about their policy details, biling, payments, or policy renewals. Handle complaints or issues - find solutions or escalate complex issues. Update customer information in the system accurately. Preferred Candidate Profile : Should be comfortable with the fixed night shift. HSC/3 years of diploma with 6 months of experience is mandatory. Graduate freshers are also welcome. Should be comfortable with saturday-sunday fixed off. Should have basic knowledge about the insurance. Should be comfortable with the non-voice process.
