Team Leader – Customer Service & Renewals
Location:- Lucknow
Job Overview We are hiring Team Leaders (Outbound Customer Service + Renewals) to manage and drive performance of outbound call teams. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, customer handling, and upselling/renewals experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage a call flow of 100–150 outbound calls per day. Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve service & sales targets. Handle escalations and take calls as needed. Drive renewals and upsell opportunities. Ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards.
Requirements :- Min. 2 years of on-paper experience as Team Leader (Outbound Customer Service).
Total Experience: Up to 6.5 years.
