The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and communication skills, along with prior experience in handling customer support teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer support executives to achieve performance targets. Monitor daily operations and ensure service quality standards are met. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members to enhance performance. Draft professional communication, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders. Handle escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
