Customer Support Team Lead

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional customer support standards through calls and emails. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of customer support representatives, monitoring key performance metrics, ensuring high-quality interactions, handling escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism, and analyzing data to drive improvements. With a focus on achieving set targets and delivering outstanding service, you will be expected to lead, motivate, and inspire your team to excel within specified timelines. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience with 1-2 years in a leadership position, and prior experience in Customer Support, preferably in the D2C industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proven leadership qualities are essential for success in this role.
