Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Pune. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes daily interaction with customers via phone, email, and chat, and providing technical support. The day-to-day tasks involve understanding customer needs, offering personalized solutions, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining accurate customer records.
