Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Executive role involves delivering excellent customer service by handling client interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing timely resolutions to issues. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate customer records, service logs, and documentation for reporting and follow-up purposes. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to facilitate effective service delivery, support the onboarding process for new clients, and assist in tracking and reporting customer service metrics. You will help plan and coordinate customer-focused meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups while managing communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to ensure prompt customer engagement. It is essential to ensure that all customer service activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Moreover, you will be expected to foster a customer-centric culture and support a collaborative work environment within the team.
