Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor social media platforms and other digital channels for negative mentions, customer grievances, and potential viral risks.
  • Draft thoughtful, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to escalated customer concerns.
  • Maintain an

    escalation tracker

    with real-time status updates, turnaround times (TAT), and resolution details.
  • Share regular insights to help improve customer experience and minimize recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct

    root cause analysis (RCA)

    and ensure timely closure of issues.
  • Ensure end-to-end stakeholder management to drive resolution and customer satisfaction.
