Customer Support Specialist

You will be located in Kalyan, Maharashtra, working full-time as a Customer Support Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. You will be expected to resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving. Additionally, you will need to identify patterns in customer feedback to provide insights for process improvement, assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds while adhering to company policies, and build positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in a regional language is a bonus. You should be tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and communication tools. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent education are preferred qualifications for this position.,
