Job Description

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers at Satopradhan. This will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, or other means promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. - Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. - Identify and diagnose customer problems or concerns. - Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as necessary. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized support. - Actively listen to customer feedback and effectively communicate it to improve services. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. - Prepare and submit reports on customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions as needed. - Stay informed about company products, services, and updates. - Continuously enhance your knowledge to better assist customers and handle inquiries efficiently. - Collaborate closely with team members to share knowledge and best practices. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service. - Monitor and evaluate your performance against set standards and targets. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any stream. - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to handle stressful situations with composure. - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. - Attention to detail and organizational skills.
