To know more about us, Visit : https://satopradhan.com/ JOB PROFILE: We are looking for a proactive and responsible Farm Manager to lead our organic farm operations. This role involves direct farm management , including crop planning, field supervision, and overseeing the in-house production of Bio Enzyme. Key Responsibilities Supervise all daily farm activities and manage a team of field staff. Plan and monitor the cultivation of crops like herbs, flowers, and leafy plants. Lead in-house production of Bio Enzyme Practice and promote natural and chemical-free farming techniques Maintain detailed farm records and digital reports Coordinate procurement, stock management, and occasional market visits. Ensure effective farm management through regular inspections and reporting Use computers for scheduling, documentation, and communication Give the Report progress directly to management. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in farm management or organic farming Graduated in B.Sc. Agriculture.
