To know more about us visit www.satopradhan.com About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role includes promoting our products, meeting customers, managing leads, and growing our brand presence. The candidate must be confident in field sales , relationship building, and executing offline marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day sales inquiries and follow-ups Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns in stores, expos, events and exhibitions. Meet leads, partners, and distributors to generate sales Promote products across different marketing channels Achieve monthly sales targets with a strategic approach Conduct customer visits and collect feedback for marketing improvement Coordinate field visits and logistic activities when required Maintain records of all sales and marketing efforts Support warehouse and delivery tasks occasionally Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in FMCG Must know driving of 2-wheeler, 4-wheeler, and preferably Ace Chota Hathi Should also be comfortable with product delivery or logistics support when needed. Good communication and persuasion skills Self-motivated and target-driven attitude Comfortable with outdoor field sales work Basic computer knowledge of Google Workspace.
