Customer Support Specialist - English (Blended Process: Voice + Non-Voice).

Job Responsibilities -

• Voice & Non-Voice Support:

  Provide timely and professional support to customers via calls, emails, and chat. Address queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

• Order Process:

  Handle orders under exceptional conditions like products being out of stock or unclear delivery addresses. Ensure smooth and timely order dispatch.

• Customer Communication:

  Respond to customer emails and calls regarding urgent requests such as address modifications or changes in product types.

• FAQ Support:

  Respond to customer queries on Amazon, guiding them through product features and helping them make informed purchase decisions.

• Issue Resolution:

  Collect and document customer feedback, quality concerns, and usage issues. Submit these to the production improvement department using the JIRA system.

• Customer Insights (VOC):

  Analyze and organize Voice of Customer data to improve product listings and user experience on Amazon.

• Brand Experience:

  Maintain the brands image, build trust, and enhance customer loyalty through exceptional service and support.

Maintain brand image, increase brand influence, and improve customer loyalty.

Qualification -

• Any Bachelor's degree or above.
• Good Communication skills and Good computer knowledge.
• Previous experience in email/ chat/call support is preferable.
