Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at our Visakhapatnam location. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat; diagnosing and resolving technical issues; and maintaining accurate customer records. The role requires strong analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.
