Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at our Trivandrum location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Providing clients with product/service information and guidance. - Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. - Recording and tracking customer interactions using CRM tools. - Escalating complex issues for timely resolution. - Collecting and relaying customer feedback to management for service improvements. - Maintaining a strong knowledge of our company's products and services. - Supporting sales and service teams with customer-related documentation. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in a customer support or service role (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply). - Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an added advantage). - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools. - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. - Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
