Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly.
• Provide product/service information and guidance to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Record and track customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to management for service improvements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services.
• Support sales and service teams with customer-related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in customer support or service role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi will be an added advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
