This job is provided by apna.co Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our BPO team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling customer queries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails from customers.Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, etc.).Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.Requirements:Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream).

Experience

Freshers can apply.Prior experience in BPO / Customer Service will be an advantage.

Skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Good listening and problem-solving ability.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed, CRM tools).Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends).Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
