Customer Support Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide prompt, thorough support via email (and occasional chat or video).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Work independently while maintaining clear, timely communication with the team.
  • Identify and share ideas to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Strong technical support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Prior experience in technical customer support is a plus.
  • Must reside in India and be willing to work 4–5 hours overlapping U.S. Pacific Time.
