Interview Time - 12:30 PM -- 05:30 PM

5 days working Rotational shifts & Rotational week Offs

Location - ITPL, Bengaluru

About US -

Handle customer calls professionally and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
Follow communication scripts, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualification 10+2 (No Backlogs)
Freshers are welcome
Prior experience in BPO/International Voice process is an added advantage.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills..
