Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in a similar role (customer support/voice process).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work on international voice processes (US/UK) with flexibility to adapt to different accents and dialects.
