Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Support Representative will handle daily tasks such as assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing detailed product and service information. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, maintaining customer records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
