We are looking for Customer Support Representatives (US Voice process) to join our team immediately!
As a Healthcare Customer Support Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with claim related queries, and act as a bridge between our company and its customers. This role requires strong communication skills and prior experience in voice process.

Shifts - Rotational
Offs - Rotational
Cab - Both side
