We are urgently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our US Healthcare Customer Support team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls, managing claim-related inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound & outbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members regarding benefits and claim denials.

• Support US Medical/PBM denied claims and Utilization Management (PA, Appeals, etc.).

• Work within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

• Identify and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain activity reports and ensure quality standards are met.
