Customer Support Representative

Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Insights Executives to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with existing Truemeds customers over phone calls (and occasionally in person), conduct structured surveys, collect feedback, and gain insights to help strengthen our internal systems and improve customer satisfaction. This role involves no direct sales. It focuses on data collection, communication, and relationship building through meaningful customer conversations. Job description Key Responsibilities:   Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on market conditions, consumer behavior, and industry trends. Utilize surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methodologies to collect relevant data.   Market Trend Analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business strategies. Monitor and forecast market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.   Reporting and Presentation: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.   Competitive Analysis: Research and evaluate competitors' products, pricing, and market positioning. Provide recommendations to enhance our competitive edge.   Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback, surveys, and behavior to identify opportunities for product or service improvement. Segment target audiences and develop customer profiles.   Qualifications: Graduation and above   Preferred Skills: • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
