Customer Support and Sales Executives Role

Location- Noida / Gurgaon

Salary- Up to 3 LPA

Role-

1.Customer support

2.Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Engage in sales activities by promoting products and services, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to attract new customers and build relationships with existing ones.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs to contribute to company growth.
Keep customer records up-to-date in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve overall goals.

Skills & Experience:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
Freshers with a passion for customer interaction and sales are welcome to apply.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
