Experience - 3 Years to 7 Years

Educational Qualification - B.Sc. or Diploma, (Preferably Computer Science Branch).

Preferred Industry - Any Manufacturing

Brief Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly sales plan
• Booking of quotations & sales orders for the Department within stipulated TAT in CRM/SAP
• Accounting of payments & allocation of the same against Invoices.
• Preparation statements for monthly provision, bonus / penalty as applicable along with ABG/ PBG status.
• Maintain Dashboard & Preparation of month wise customer wise collection target Vs. actual and updating on daily basis.
• Monitoring rejection, deduction, FOC, LD and -VE contribution of zone including Monitoring debtors no. of days and debtors trend on fortnightly basis
• Reconciliation of accounts along with the KAMs
• Follow up on RB clearance with KAM on daily basis along with F/U with transporter regarding placement of trucks against indent.
• Creation of new item codes & new customer code within 2 days
• Cross-functional coordination with Sn Op for commercial solutions.
• Competency in MS Word/ Excel/PPT
• Positive attitude
