About the position & Company Customer Support Officer Maitri, which is owned by Maitri Livelihood Services Pvt Ltd with 14 years of experience in the industry, has recently launched a digital platform that enables families to hire trained and verified caregivers. For our Guwahati office, we are looking for a male candidate who can manage the placement process. The ideal candidate should have: * A graduation degree in any stream * Good communication skill in English & Assamese * 2 Wheeler must * Good computer skills like- E mail, Microsoft word, Excel, Google sheet, google forms etc. Interview date & Time- 01-11-2025, 11 am to 1:30pm The responsibilities would include: * Attending leads & service calls * Doing Alignments for new placements * All documentation related to Service * Doing placement process * Field visits for paper works Package: Salary: CTC- 16689/- (Includes PF, ESIC) Additional: Quarterly Incentive + Local conveyance allowances Maitri is an equal opportunity employer.
